On August 21, 2025, the Office of Employee Advocacy hosted a webinar to provide important information about House employees’ rights related to personal and family health issues. This webinar provides information about workplace rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA), the Federal Employee Paid Leave Act of 2019 (FEPLA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978, and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2023 (PWFA).
